Membership Shares

Membership shares are equity shares and are non withdrawable but redeemable.  Equity shares form part of the capital base of the Credit Union.  Every member of the Dennery Community Credit Co-operative Society Limited is required to hold at least 20 membership shares with a par value of $5.00 per share to be eligible for membership.  These shares attract dividends at a rate set by members at the Annual General Meeting.
